Shipping & Delivery Policy
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- USA & Canada: 2-4 Weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
- Australia & New Zealand: 2-4 Weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
- U.K. & Europe: 2-4 Weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)
- Other Countries: 2-5 Weeks (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)

Shipping Protection
- Insured Shipping: If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost to you, provided that sufficient proof is provided.
- Priority Insured Shipping: Your delivery is placed at the top of our daily orders list sent to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume, expected time may remain similar to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also fully insured.
Important Information
- Multiple Shipments: Some products might be shipped out separately and arrive at different times because we utilize warehouses in different locations.
- Tracking Information: Tracking numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct information. Please use a 3rd party website such as to track your order.
- Potential Delays: For some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated. Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected, but the one thing we will not sacrifice is the quality of our products. Order Changes & Requests
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@yellowou.com and we will be happy to assist. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Please double-check that you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
